Trump and Zelensky meet on 03/01/2025
Trump is standing up for our county, again.
Two world leaders met on 03/01/2025 to discuss a proposed deal on Ukrainian mineral rights in exchange for peace in Ukraine by means of security force guarantees.
Trump, being in the middle of a dangerous game of tug of war between Russia, and Ukraine. Met with Zelensky to sign a mineral right deal that would have helped end the war in Ukraine by sending Americans and US Nato workers into the country to secure resources.
Trump answered a barrage of questioned related to the possible outcomes of this deal, to which he explained the us and allies would have security forces in and around the area.
The meeting became heated when Zelensky addressed JD Vance in relation to diplomacy.
Zelensky attempted to litigate the help needed for Ukraine in front of the media, instead of behind closed doors such as major world leaders regularly do.
Zelensky promised that the US would feel the effects of their war, to which President Trump stated "Don't tell us what we're going to feel, you're in no position to dictate what we're going to feel. You don't have the cards right now, you're gambling with World War 3"
JD Vance noted that Zelensky had not thanked the American people.
